Bill Richardson's contribution is Uncle Henry Miller's Sex in a Pan, a tooth-destroying recipe received by the Bachelor Brothers' Bed and Breakfast from Aelwyn Prichard of Vancouver, who was Uncle Henry Miller's nephew. (Richardson won the Leacock Prize in 1994). The cookbook includes favourite recipes from the kitchens of the Leacock Associates members, including Chicken Dijon, Shrimp L'Escaude, The Best Lasagna in the World, Avocado and Watercress Salad, and Cranberry Raisin Pie.
