Sarah Swartz was editor-in-chief of Jewish Women in America: An Historic Encyclopedia. Her other books include Found Treasures and Bar Mitzvah. Born in Germany and raised in the United States, she lives in Toronto where she works as a freelance editor and writer.

Margie Wolfe is the publisher and co-founder of Second Story Press in Toronto. Books from Second Story’s Holocaust Remembrance Series for Young Readers have been translated into more than forty languages world-wide. Margie has been recognized for her work by a number of organizations. She was born in a displaced person’s camp in Germany. Toby is her mother.
