Write your will quickly and legally! Be sure you decide how your belongings and assets will be divided and how your family will be taken care of with this simple, legal kit.

Writing your own legal will is easier than you think! The Complete Canadian Wills Kit will show you how to make a legal will, and how to write a codicil when you need to amend your will.

The kit also includes an enduring power of attorney, a health care directive, and a living will (as well as a representation agreement for BC residents), along with step-by-step instructions explaining how to fill out each form quickly and legally.

Because you can never be too prepared, the kit explains how to plan for a funeral; revoke a power of attorney; inform survivors of insurance policies, banking, business, credit, and tax records; and much more.

The kit includes instructions, by-the-number examples of filled-out forms, and blank forms for your use. You can write your will using your home computer, and update it whenever needed! It can be used in conjunction with Write Your Legal Will in 3 Easy Steps, available from Self-Counsel Press.

Legal in all provinces except Quebec.

Included in the kit: • Last Will and Testament • Codicil to a Will • Health Care Directive • Enduring Power of Attorney • Living Will • Representation Agreement (BC) • Documents to record vehicles and vessels, property and real estate, and contents of a house • Funeral Planning Checklist • — And more!

Downloadable Digital Forms Kit - SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: • Microsoft Windows, Apple, OSX, GNU/Linux, or Sun Solaris • Desktop or laptop computer (smartphone not recommended) with connection to the internet • Web browser • Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader, or compatible software
