Patrick Monahan
Patrick J. Monahan is professor of law and associate dean at Osgoode Hall Law School, and the author of four books and numerous articles on Canadian constitutional law and politics. He advised the Ontario Government throughout the Meech Lake Accord negotiations from 1986 to 1990 and served as an adviser to the Inuit Tapirisat of Canada during the negotiations leading to the Charlottetown Accord. Professor Monahan is a frequent commentator in the national media on legal, constitutional, and political issues.
