Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park is made up of several kinds of habitats, lakes, canyons, rivers, and mountains. What makes Yellowstone National Park so exciting, however, is that it sits on top of the caldera of a volcano! Hundreds of species of mammals, birds, fish and reptiles live in this huge habitat, some of which are endangered or threatened. Grizzlies, wolves, and huge herds of bison and elk live in the park.
