C'est le monde à l'envers! Dans cette histoire, un chien demande à sa maman s'il peut adopter un garçon... Il promet d'en prendre grand soin. Sa mère fait tout pour l'en dissuader mais rien n'y fait. Le chien sait ce qu'il veut et il n'a pas l'intention de changer d'idée. Il va même jusqu'à écrire « nourriture pour garçon » sur la liste des courses! Alors que le chien s'apprête à laisser tomber, il trouve, dans un lieu et d'une manière tout à fait inattendus, le garçon parfait pour lui?

Sharon est devenue auteure car elle a toujours adoré lire. Elle a fait des études en art dramatique et détient une maîtrise en anglais. écrire la captive et elle entre complètement dans la peau de ses personnages. La plupart de ses histoires sont inspirées des exploits de ses propres enfants. Elle habite à Toronto.

Sharon Jennings has written over 60 books for young people – there is nothing she likes to do more than write. Her books have received many nominations and awards, including a Governor General’s, TD Canadian Children’s Literature, and Silver Birch Award nominations for Home Free. She has taught writing for young people to adults, and toured the country visiting schools and libraries to talk to young readers about her books. Sharon lives in Toronto.

Ashley Spires

Ashley Spires grew up in the Pacific Northwest, the supposed stomping grounds of Bigfoot. She is the author and illustrator of a number of books for children, including Small Saul and the Adventures of Binky the Space Cat. She was the recipient of the 2011 Silver Birch Express Award and the 2011 Hackmatack Award for Binky the Space Cat and was shortlisted for a Joe Shuster Comics for Kids Award and an Eisner Award for Binky Under Pressure. Ashley currently lives in the wilds of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
